Trustworthy people, good cars. I was skeptical going in, relieved on my way out. I took my time, about 5 hours in there total, but they had patience with me. I was there long enough to meet other people who had previously bought from her, and they only had good things to say. The mechanic let me nose around and ask questions as he checked out the issues I had concerns about. They put it on the jack and everything. I was scared about getting a bad car, being young, and dumb about cars. But I saw the Carfax and brought a code reader, and everything was clean. 2015 bmw 535i, 1 owner, regular servicing, 166k miles, $9500 Bmw are snobby but I love her anyways.
